When signing up with Betway, I submitted a proof of ID and proof of Address, both of which were verified. I won some money after meeting the wager requirements of the welcome bonus and submitted a withdrawal. After 5 days I reached out to chat and they mentioned I have to send in proof of address (something that I already sent in and was verified). The representative then told me that he would not be able to confirm receipt of my documents or escalate my issue. I am not sure why I have to re-verify my account when my address was already confirmed. Very disappointed at this process, I just want my funds out. I shouldn't have to reach out to find out that I have to send in more documents. You should reach out to your customers first of all and secondly not re-verify using the same documents. Very disappointed, not sure I want to use Betway again, and others shouldn't either.Molikakimbet
