Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. I naively assumed this was a professional company but I’m left feeling like a victim of a scam!I had requested a withdrawal of $500 CAD (I originally deposited $700) and it’s since been 15 days since that request. My withdrawal has been withheld indefinitely with next to zero support. They sent me an email asking to verify my address (funny how they ask that after I’ve used their website, deposited funds, and now requested a withdrawal) - I sent proof of address with a utility bill 9 days ago and since then it’s been radio silence. Any time I contact support they just say they can’t provide me with any other information other than it’s with the operations department.At this point I don’t know whether I’ll ever see my $500. I would strongly suggest to read other reviews of Betway and avoid at all cost.*Update*Day 36. After contacting customer service daily I’ve finally received my withdrawal.… day 37. Closed the account… good riddance. Wouldn’t recommend Betway to my worst enemy after what I experienced.
