"Which was on Aug 2nd, 2022.I provided that the same day.I contacted their Live Chat over 20 times.I get the same " This has been escalated, please allow 24-48 hours to receive feedback ".I highly advise STAYING AWAY FROM BETWAY.They can't even process a simple transaction in under 30 days.Let me remind you, these weren't even winnings.These were the funds I deposited into their platform.Over 180 days of a nightmare trying to get your 1000$ deposit back.I can't imagine what kind of nightmare you'd have to endure had it been winnings...**UPDATE it has another 30 days, total over 180 with no progress.Customer service gives you the same runaround, telling you to give them another few business days as their team is reviewing.This puts their competence, professionalism in question as they need a team to review a simple withdrawal transaction. 180 days have gone pass and still NO PROGRESS.ANOTHER FTX SCAM?
