I ordered three tubes and immediately canceled my subscription in August. I was shocked to see a charge three months later for no apparent reason. They managed to do this because they still had my credit card details through a third-party service. What’s even more concerning is that the last four digits of the card used for this order don’t match mine. I reached out to them, and they claimed they would cancel my subscription, but I wrote again insisting on a refund. Given their questionable practices, I’m doubtful I will see my money back. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
