It seems they employed a sneaky tactic, hoping I wouldn’t notice the transactions so they could keep taking my money. I strongly advise steering clear of this company. Don’t be deceived by their marketing strategies. I suggest researching new companies thoroughly and seeking reviews to determine their legitimacy. I typically don’t write reviews, but I am so disturbed by this experience that I feel compelled to warn others.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card

I was charged on my credit card without my consent, as if I had placed an order. The notification email arrived during the night while I was sleeping. When I reached out to the support team, they refused to refund the original charge but did cancel the supposed 'subscription.' However, they still sent the product, which looked completely different from the image in the email. When I opened it, it felt very light. Out of curiosity, I cut open the container, and it was maybe 1/8 full—if that.

This company is a complete disappointment. The products are subpar and seem to come from overseas. I looked for any subscription terms and found none. Even after I canceled and received a refund after multiple emails, I was charged again three months later and can’t get any response for a refund. Unauthorized Billing Issues!

I made a one-time purchase of face cream, yet they charged me for four consecutive months without my consent. They enrolled me in a subscription I never agreed to! I was charged over $120 before I could cancel. After a pause in charges, I was unexpectedly billed again for an eye cream I never ordered. The email confirmation even stated it was a subscription. How can they charge for items I didn’t order? I’m extremely frustrated and now must change my card due to these unauthorized charges!

Two Stars for Their Response

I’ll give them two stars because they do cancel my subscription when I email them. However, I unknowingly signed up for a subscription in August, canceled it immediately, and received a refund. In September, I got notified of a charge, which I disputed with a cancellation screenshot, and it was canceled. Yet, I was charged again this morning without any warning. This situation is beyond frustrating.
