I’ll give them two stars because they do cancel my subscription when I email them. However, I unknowingly signed up for a subscription in August, canceled it immediately, and received a refund. In September, I got notified of a charge, which I disputed with a cancellation screenshot, and it was canceled. Yet, I was charged again this morning without any warning. This situation is beyond frustrating.
