Did not like the fact I was inadvertently put into a subscription. Like others I have found it very difficult to communicate with the company. However I did use the email address supplied at the bottom of the order information. The email I used, which resulted in contact was Bexelora at gmail dot com (it won’t allow me to put the email format). Also to save others the trouble, check your junk folder for Bexelora email Subscription Information. In that email there is a link which allows you to manage the subscription, click on this and it will take you to the page to cancel the subscription…. Hope this helps. Haven’t received my product yet so cannot comment on it but I did not find the contact information easily nor is the subscription information/changes available on the profile on their main website. I wouldn’t say don’t buy it, just be aware of the above information if you do :)
