I placed an order for three tubes in August and promptly cancelled my subscription. To my surprise, I discovered they charged me again three months later without any explanation. They managed to do this by retaining my credit card information through a third-party platform. What’s more concerning is that the last four digits of the card used in the unauthorized charge don’t even match mine. I reached out to the support team, and they claimed they would cancel my subscription, but I followed up to request a refund. Given their questionable practices, I doubt I will see my money back. I strongly advise against ordering from them. Consider purchasing the skin product from another retailer.
