Ordered this for my wife as a gift. Order BEX31888. No mention of ship times, delays, etc. Emailed several times, shop app status does not change. After two weeks of no change I emailed support asking for a refund as they had not stated that these ship times would be this long and that it was a really long time to wait without a status change. Was issued a refund - 20% of my money. This is NOT customer service. There are far more reputable companies out there. Buyer beware. Not a customer centric company at all!
