only received half the order, after waiting 3 months. Doesn't work, instructions are broken English at best. Emailed customer service 15 times.... no response ever.
had to get with the bank and file a claim to get my money returned..... they didn't even reply to Visa.... how legit is that???
They will give you shipping info that isn't real keep it floating around and then say it was undeliverable and charge you a restocking fee. Its basically impossible to get money back and I highly doubt it ever leaves the factory. Call your bank or credit card immediately. Don't let them wait until its too late to report it as fraud

Placed an order on January 4th and saw no movement on it until January 31st after I had messaged them via Instagram twice and sent them two emails. No, I never heard a response from those communications either just sudden movement on my order. Now, the shop app is saying that my order was returned to sender. Which is absolutely b******* because I never got the order to begin with . Now they have my money and they are saying that I have returned the order to the sender which is absolutely not true. Stay away from this company!
The amount is so little that the 3 months supply is basically for 1 month. No change noted during this period. Seems like a fake product with fake promise - and inadequate amount. Why is the amount inadequate? So that the inefficacy can be attributed on the amount and application not the ingredients and efficacy. I am disappointed. ☹️
Haven't received the product. No customer service response. Shipping company says they could not find information on the tracking number. Referred me to the company. Company did not respond.
Ordered this for my wife as a gift. Order BEX31888. No mention of ship times, delays, etc. Emailed several times, shop app status does not change. After two weeks of no change I emailed support asking for a refund as they had not stated that these ship times would be this long and that it was a really long time to wait without a status change. Was issued a refund - 20% of my money. This is NOT customer service. There are far more reputable companies out there. Buyer beware. Not a customer centric company at all!
