Beyond Bank Scam Respond review. September 5th myself and my former wife were scammed by a scammer whom set up a fake WhatsApp number and a fake account with the Commonwealth Bank. The scammer contacted my former wife first, then myself saying it was our daughter and her telephone was broken and she was in a desperate state financially. I paid out $4811 to the scammer believing it was our daughter friend. It was a scam. My son picked it up straight away it was a scammed. I telephone the bank straight away and scam watch straight away. I should add I am in Scotland Uk at the moment not up with the latest scams. The respond was,Many emails saying they are looking into the scam over 11 days from different people.First telephone call from the bank was 11days later. A very un-empathic respond. It left me and my family very upset.Final received a letter from the bank on the 19th of Sept. There respond, was they approach commonwealth Bank a day later sept 6th to find out the scammer had moved the money. Seriously 24 hours later. I expect my bank to action this a lot faster but it was my money not their moneyNo money trail investigation no other investigation on the criminal who did this to us with the commonwealth bank. This criminal is still out there doing this to other people. Basically, if you get scammed and you are a customer of Beyond Bank you are on your own. Sink and swim. Please if you are a customer of Beyond Bank seriously if you are concerned about scams Beyond Bank will not help or protect you. Please look at other banks which will support you. To recover my money, I have to use social media and radio to recover my money.Banks will have to review OSKO payment system as it’s a scammer haven to take advantage of hard-working people and I was a person who was savvy and I never thought this would happen to me.
