I would give negative stars if I could.
They did not notify me of an upcoming charge and charged my card and refuse to refund me stating renewals are non refundable. I immediately contacted them following the charge and told them I had never been notified (If you look online you will see many many many people with the same complaint). Had I known I was going to be charged I would have cancelled immediately. I have recently had surgery to have a tumor removed and am having heart surgery in April. I emailed them and explained this and was told too bad. They then offered to give me back 25%. I explained multiple times I have never used their services and am unable to do so due to health issues. Their conduct is completely unethical and they treat customers like an ATM with no care or concern for health or medical issues.
