Rubbish. Do not subscribe. Complete waste of money. They claim to tell you the most optimal length of fasting, based on the parameters you provided in the quiz. All this is a good, water and exercise tracker. You can do that yourself for free it doesn’t even tell you the optimal fasting period. You just choose your own fasting schedule, yet their whole premise is if you don’t fast appropriately for your cortisol levels, then you are doing more harm than good. IMHO THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not buy into it. I will post this review up on every possible site I can.

The company is basically a scam. I ordered the book but apparently there was a subscription added on. That was not clear upon check out like they say it is. The only thing personalized about the book was they printed my name on it. The information was basic and not helpful at all. When I realized I was going to be charged for a renewal I went in and cancelled my account. The charge still went through and now they say they cannot help me because the can't locate my account. I would tell people to avoid this companies products and to be wary of buying anything from them so you don't get scammed like I did.

Very disappointing customer service and zero flexibility, even when addressed right away. Read the fine print carefully before signing up.
This was their response to my request:

I strongly advise anyone NOT to use this company who took unauthorised payments from my PayPal account.
I had to resort to the following email text to get a refund, which was forthcoming immediately.

"This is unacceptable.

"I did not knowingly purchase any subscription and was not notified in advance of the February payment being taken or I would have cancelled it.

"I regard your activity as a fraudulent transaction and am reporting your company to antifraud authorities in the UK and to the US Federal Trade Commission.

"If you do not refund immediately and in full the February payment that was unlawfully taken from my PayPal account I will not hesitate to pursue further action in line with my consumer rights.

"You are on formal notice and I will not accept anything less than a full refund as I have been intentionally misled and duped into this situation by your company. "

Great support, but the app falls short compared to others.

The support team is excellent, but the app simply doesn't measure up to what's available. It fails to import data, and in 2026, time for manual input is a luxury. There are excessive add-ons that need payment to enhance functionality, making it overwhelming. The representative tried their best, but thankfully, I received a full refund.

Disappointing experience with unexpected charges

I find my book acceptable, featuring some decent recipes, particularly useful for quick and easy meals when my partner is at work. However, I cancelled my account during the summer, yet I was still charged for my subscription in July, as it seems the cancellation didn’t process correctly. I absorbed the cost but requested full cancellation in my email correspondence to prevent this from happening again. To my astonishment, the new year arrived and I was charged for the subscription once more. When I contacted customer service expecting a full refund, they placed the blame on me and only refunded $16, despite being charged $84. This service feels deceptive, seemingly designed to extract money from customers who might not challenge the charges. I've filed a case with PayPal against them, hoping to spare others from a similar situation. Wishing everyone the best.

THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY EBOOK AND EVEN AFTER CANCELLING, THEY KEEP CHARGING ME. I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD AND WAIT FOR A NEW ONE. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I BOUGHT THIS IN 2026 AND IT'S BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Frustrating Experience with the Service

I apologize for taking nearly an hour to get through the endless 'BUT WAIT, There's more' sales pitch after I made my purchase. I really hope this will be beneficial for me. However, you might want to reconsider using this service. It keeps skipping, and even after adding more data, it still won't stop. It may not be the best option for your needs. I had to cancel and uninstall the app to completely resolve the issue. I wish it had functioned properly!
