This product is absolutely terrible. There is no variation in pricing; it continuously hits the minimum price for the entire month without even adjusting for weekends. When I asked why it keeps reaching the minimum price, I was told I need to lower my rate to $50 for a four-bedroom property to see any proper functioning. What a ridiculous joke this product is! I would strongly advise against using this service; there are far better options available. I would argue that even property management service price optimizers are 100 times better than this. To make matters 1,000 times worse, they are predatory and dishonest about their invoicing, charging you for past bookings and even for bookings with a security deposit, and they charge their commission on the deposit that you never get to keep.This is the worst platform I have encountered in a long time. There is no customer service available via chat or phone; you can only contact them via email, and their responses typically take two days at best.
