To all reviewers and I honest to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at CitizenM Miami from February 18 to February 20.

Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below the standards I expect as a Marriott Bonvoy member.

Upon arrival on the first night, there was no complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. Additionally, there was no iron available in the room. When I went to use the shared ironing facility, I found that the only electric iron device available was broken and unsafe to use.

I contacted the reception desk from Room 512 to request assistance. The staff member who answered responded in an unhappy and dismissive tone and informed me that someone would come to the 5th floor to assist. However, no one arrived after 20 minutes. When I called again, a staff member eventually arrived after an additional 10 minutes, again displaying an unprofessional attitude, and was unable to resolve the issue with the iron.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the service quality and the staff’s attitude throughout my stay. The lack of basic amenities, delayed assistance, and unprofessional behavior made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I was there for the educational conference hosted by Miami Dade Community College.
I would strongly not to recommend this hotel for any professional, educators and administrators and families to stay at the CitizenM Miami.

I just checked into the Marriott Toronto airport on Dixon road after a long four hour drive. Today is Christmas Day and I was greeted at the front desk by a Christmas angel whose name is Anshul
This young man went over and above in his thoughtful care and courteous service in assisting my 88 year old mother and myself. A hotel is not where you want to spend Christmas night but as a result of the kindness and care Anshul showed, we felt like we were at home and with family.
Thanking God for Anshul and this Christmas blessing . With people like Anshul on staff, the Marriott will always be my preferred hotel of choice

Terrible experience with rewards customer support.

The customer service for the rewards program is dreadful. They made an error with my points and are unwilling to resolve it, resulting in the loss of 35,000 points, despite it being a simple correction. As a Gold Elite member, I am eager to switch to a different hotel chain and leave this company. They have numerous negative reviews and seem disinterested in enhancing their customer service.

Horrible rewards customer service experience

The rewards customer service is incredibly disappointing. They made an error with my points, taking away 35,000 without any attempt to rectify the situation, even though it was an easy fix. As a Gold Elite member, I'm eager to switch to a different hotel chain and leave this service behind. Zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars! They charged my card without authorization, cancelled my booking, and now refuse to refund me, claiming no responsibility. I've informed my card company, and a scam case is currently being investigated. Avoid this service and DO NOT share your card details!

Extremely poor website functionality

The website is very poorly designed. There’s no way to reach them via phone, email, or chat. Once a booking is made, they don’t indicate what type of room has been reserved. Compared to other booking platforms, this one is severely lacking.

Avoid this service; they deceive loyal customers

Never engage with this service. Despite my loyalty with over 25 nights per year, they fail to honor room upgrades and discounted rates. I booked a room expecting an upgrade, yet received nothing. When I inquired about my guaranteed upgrade, they simply stated it wasn't provided and dismissed my concerns. When I threatened to discontinue my membership, they even suggested how to cancel it.

Lack of basic amenities

Shouldn't there be an in-room microwave? Why is the refrigerator left open due to a missing wire rack? Are luggage carts not provided for guests? This hotel seems to take advantage of its captive clientele due to nearby hospitals. If possible, find alternative accommodations.

WARNING: Unauthorised charges and zero customer support. This review is about a booking with a hotel listed under this service. The experience has been disastrous, bordering on fraudulent, highlighting a complete failure in customer service. I booked a flexible rate but was charged the full amount immediately. After cancelling within the allowed time, I still have not received my refund. The inability to reach anyone for help is unacceptable, and I will avoid all properties affiliated with this service in the future.
