Once Beyond moved to Lighthouse the customer service is not the same. I'm older and have been using Beyond for a couple of years. When I ask a question (removing minimum nights stay over 1 holiday) Thanksgiving, it took several attempts to explain Only wanting to remove the minimum nights stay for that holiday Only from 4 nights to 2 nights. I don't know if the person responding understood my request. I got help from my own team who understood how to do that. Beyond support/ Lighthouse kept going back n forth with emails but Not understanding. It sure was nice to have an acct rep to reach out to , a person who understood that sometimes a call is needed.
