Customer service is excellent, with representatives on the phone ensuring I get the support I need. They assist with pricing, and even if I'm short on the minimum order, they make sure I receive free delivery. They always inform me of new products, and while the offerings are good, I think some sizes could be larger. There's a new product I believe is called graffin that we should try, as I see it in many coffee shops. Thank you.
