This is actually the first time in my life that I’m writing a review, and I’ll keep it short.I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.I was told I would receive a text message 30 minutes before the driver arrived. Instead, I got the message at 12:56, and the driver was at my door just 7 minutes later. The idea was, after receiving text i will drive home and receive the goods but The driver called me and said he was at my address and can not wait for me. I explained that I was at work and would need 15 minutes to get there. I kindly asked if he could leave the boxes at my door on the first floor, but he refused.I then called the company. Since my Danish isn’t very good yet, I politely asked the woman on the phone, named "H****", if we could speak in English. She immediately said “NEJ” — a loud and clear “no.” I explained that I’m new to Denmark, still learning the language, and asked again if we could speak in English. Again, she just said “NEJ.”I tried to explain my problem in Danish as best I could, but she kept saying things I couldn’t understand. Eventually, I gave up, said “okay, thanks,” and she coldly replied “good day” and hung up.Extremely rude and unhelpful service.
