I ordered a mirror on 14th December and I am trying to get to the customer support since. I bought a mirror through the website 2 years ago and all went well. I wanted to order another mirror in December, paid through website and didn't receive any confirmation. Wrote to the customer service, AI bot answering with my 2 year old invoice for the first mirror. Asked to speak to a human several times, almost 1 month after no response... Terrible!
