Review Time
I made two separate orders 3 weeks ago, with the largest order (175 EUR) hasn't arrived. I've been contacting their useless support channels for nearly 3 weeks and have gotten nowhere. They can see my order was never sent or and therefore not delivered. I've asked them to resend multiple times and basically have to reopen the conversation every 3-4 days as I am not getting any support! Terrible experience and I still haven''t been contacted by them. Essentially ignored for 3 weeks on a 170 EUR order.
The team has now stated they are sending today, however still don’t have shipping details and they have refused to provide any compensation… I should receive compensation considering late delivery and no response for 3 weeks
I had previously purchased a mirror from this company and was very satisfied, which makes this experience even more disappointing.I have now been waiting for 2 months and 25 days for the delivery. The shipment never arrived, despite multiple follow-ups from my side. I contacted the company many times, but they keep saying that they can only process the refund once the parcel is returned to them.The problem is that the parcel never reached me in the first place, so this situation is completely out of my control. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction seems to be totally ignored.This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, not recommended anymore.

I ordered a mirror on 14th December and I am trying to get to the customer support since. I bought a mirror through the website 2 years ago and all went well. I wanted to order another mirror in December, paid through website and didn't receive any confirmation. Wrote to the customer service, AI bot answering with my 2 year old invoice for the first mirror. Asked to speak to a human several times, almost 1 month after no response... Terrible!
