I made two separate orders 3 weeks ago, with the largest order (175 EUR) hasn't arrived. I've been contacting their useless support channels for nearly 3 weeks and have gotten nowhere. They can see my order was never sent or and therefore not delivered. I've asked them to resend multiple times and basically have to reopen the conversation every 3-4 days as I am not getting any support! Terrible experience and I still haven''t been contacted by them. Essentially ignored for 3 weeks on a 170 EUR order.
The team has now stated they are sending today, however still don’t have shipping details and they have refused to provide any compensation… I should receive compensation considering late delivery and no response for 3 weeks
