I placed an order for a large "collection black" photo album at the start of January, which from the photos looked really smart and good quality. On arrival I discovered the cover was cardboard with lots of bends and creases in it, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I would expect for ~£50. I contacted the complaints team over a week ago but have no response, depite a quoted response time of 24-48 hours. Overall a really disappointing product with poor customer service.Order number 6164337
