Awful company. I am requesting a chargeback for a purchase made from BGASTORE.UK (order number 6180738, ordered on 17 January 2026, total £73.80). The goods were delivered in poor and unacceptable condition: the glass in the larger 40 x 50 cm frame was broken on arrival, and both smaller frames were damaged in multiple places. All items are faulty and unusable, they do not meet acceptable quality standards. I have attempted to contact the merchant on three separate occasions via their customer service email as stated in their returns policy, but have received no response and no offer of a refund or replacement. Due to the faulty condition of the goods and the merchant’s failure to engage or resolve the issue, I am requesting a full refund of £73.80 via chargeback.

I placed an order for a large "collection black" photo album at the start of January, which from the photos looked really smart and good quality. On arrival I discovered the cover was cardboard with lots of bends and creases in it, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I would expect for ~£50. I contacted the complaints team over a week ago but have no response, depite a quoted response time of 24-48 hours. I received a broken frame and contacted the company 12 days ago to request a full refund, yet I have still received no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially given that their website states a response time of 24–48 hours. I have never experienced an issue like this before, and I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled.
Disappointing quality frame for the price – backboard and frame very, very loose. This could have been improved by providing spring clips, but there were none, which is quite unusual for this type of frame in my experience.Also, the delivery was very slow.
Ordered frames on 7th January. It's now 21st January and they still haven't arrived. I've sent EIGHT emails and only get automated bot replies saying a human will contact me. No one ever does. I've asked for a refund and had zero response. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Avoid!
