Stock is not held in the uk and has to travel from Sweden (in my case). I ordered frames, everything was smashed to pieces when it arrived because it was badly packaged and presumably handled by inappropriate couriers. I attempted to use the email address the company suggests for customers services and kept receiving bounce back emails. As such I’ve had to open a dispute via PayPal. Really irritating and a waste of my limited personal time. Update: this company has offered an inappropriate partial refund (all of the items are trashed and they’ve offered about a 2/3 refund). I declined the partial refund and now am being expected to return the large box of broken glass to the company before they will issue a full refund. This would be fine but for the fact I am expected to do this at my own expense and to Sweden (a country from which it was not clear the items were being sent, it appeared to be uk based). I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this company. It’s a total nightmare and they are after keeping as much of your money as possible even when they are entirely at fault.
