My experience with Bhanuz has been extremely disappointing. I was initially promised that if there were any issues, a refund would be processed. Based on that assurance, I continued with the enrolment.
Later, I was clearly told that my son’s classes were placed on hold. However, when I requested the refund due to the ongoing miscommunication and unresolved issues, they suddenly refused — completely contradicting what was originally promised.
You cannot promise a refund to gain commitment and then deny it when the time comes. That is misleading and deeply unprofessional.
The communication has been inconsistent, and there is a serious lack of accountability. Parents deserve transparency and honesty, not shifting explanations and broken promises.
I would strongly advise others to get every promise in writing before proceeding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
