I enrolled my daughter in online tuition classes with BHANZU after being assured of a certain standard and structure of teaching. Unfortunately, the classes delivered were not what was promised at the time of enrolment.
The quality and format of the sessions did not meet the expectations that were clearly communicated before payment. Despite raising my concerns, the company insisted on full payment upfront and has refused to issue a refund, even though the service provided did not align with what was advertised.
As a parent investing in my child’s education, transparency and integrity are extremely important. I am very disappointed with both the service and the way my concerns have been handled.
I would advise other parents to carefully review all terms and request written confirmation of what is being promised before making payment.
My son is currently enrolled in a 150 credit math course with Bhanzu, and we have just completed the 5th module. So far, the experience has been very positive. The curriculum is well structured, and the transition between modules has been smooth. We are much satisfied with the quality of instruction and the support provided.
@bhanzu, I am ready to share all the screenshots of payment, me requesting to cancel within hours of enrollment and before any services have begun, literally within 24hours. Kindly refund my money back!!!
I am writing this again to let others know that though Bhanzu team here comments under every 1 star feedback saying they will contact us and that they will resolve but... they are lying. I have all emails and whatsapp communication with this team but they are falsely claiming that they didn't find any details of me as registered into their system. I wish there is a way to upload all my screenshots here so other parents know Bhanzu is just after your money and NO REFUNDS and PURE SCAM...
We enrolled and within hours before any service has started, no tutors were appointed, no schedule was set, I asked the agent to cancel and refund my amount but they stopped responding to my cancel/refund request, and HARASSED me with emails and phone calls to schedule, and then claiming that all these emails and phone calls are part of their sevice and that they won't refund me anymore.
Their pure intention is ONLY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Unfortunately I have heard there are several innocent parents who got trapped with their stupid free demo and then forced to pay making them believe that they are getting some kind of a deal if paid immediately.
This is wrong on so many levels. When no service has started and we requested to refund within hours, why are you being so stubborn about trying to get us onboard when we clearly told we are not interested and why are you sticking with our hard earned money, what kind of a system is this???
KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY... I will keep fighting for it. It's hard earned money my kids deserve the best not cunning institute!.
I will also look into legal action along with all those parents that are in the same boat as me. If you are such parent that got trapped like me, feel free to message me. Let's get the light on this fraudsters.
We are highly dissatisfied with the syllabus and overall course quality. Despite raising multiple refund requests, there team is refusing to process our refund there customer care executive Shivam clearly stated on call that we will NOT receive any refund even if we are not satisfied with the course. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical.
Please don’t trust them and loose your money

Based on my experience and talking other parents who got cheated , most of the positive reviews here appear to be paid or highly misleading.
They have a very polished and persuasive sales team that can easily convince parents to make a large upfront payment. Unfortunately, once the payment is made, the reality is very different from what is promised.
The quality of teachers is extremely poor. Teachers frequently change, and many do not stay for long. On several days, the teacher simply did not show up for the scheduled class. Although the company claims to have an online platform, it adds no real value and does not solve these issues. The most concerning part is their payment model. Parents are strongly pushed to pay upfront, and once the payment is made, there is no practical way to get a refund. You are forced to continue with the service, regardless of the poor quality and missed classes. Overall, this feels like a well-run sales operation rather than a genuine education service. I would strongly advise parents to be extremely cautious before committing any money.

You cannot promise a refund to gain commitment and then deny it when the time comes. That is misleading and deeply unprofessional.
The communication has been inconsistent, and there is a serious lack of accountability. Parents deserve transparency and honesty, not shifting explanations and broken promises.
I would strongly advise others to get every promise in writing before proceeding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

When I said we needed time to discuss it with our child, the salesperson insisted on waiting on the call, as if we were obligated to decide immediately. He even said that if we didn’t sign up today, we would lose the “discount,” which felt like a pressure tactic rather than a genuine offer.
When I repeated that we would get back to them later if interested, his tone changed, and he insisted on calling back in four hours — again making it seem like we owed them a decision. Questions about how Bhanzu would handle ongoing school classes or help a child catch up were met with vague answers like “students can ask questions” or “we have AI tools,” which didn’t inspire confidence.
Overall, the experience felt more like dealing with a marketing company than an educational platform. With all the YouTube influencers and Instagram promotions, it’s easy to get impressed — but as the saying goes, not everything that glitters is gold. Parents should think carefully before committing their money based on a single demo and high‑pressure sales tactics

That honesty gave me the confidence to invest a significant amount, with the hope that my child truly benefits from it.
More than a sales pitch, it was Prabhu’s clarity and sincerity that convinced me to enroll. We will see how the classes go in the long run, and I hope the program lives up to what was explained.
I have been forced into registration although the process was not completed. When I write an email, they act as if they are trying hard to resolve my issue. But the greviance redressal forum is a bubble! It's just for name sake. They are cheating innocent people and luring them to buy their course with no refund policy.
