I enrolled my child in the Wizard Math program at @Bhanzu with high expectations.
However, for the past one month, scheduled classes have repeatedly been cancelled. During class time, my child waits for the teacher, but no one joins, and we receive a cancellation message afterward. So far, only 11 classes have been conducted.
I have raised a ticket and contacted support multiple times requesting a refund, but there has been no proper resolution.
This has been disappointing, especially when full payment was collected upfront. I request @Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash and the Bhanzu team to kindly look into this matter and help resolve the refund request at the earliest.
I hope for a prompt and fair resolution.
