WARNING: Unreliable Service ❌ This service is extremely unprofessional and lacks reliability. The support team fails to respond promptly and does not address queries despite numerous follow-ups. They send irrelevant updates while ignoring genuine concerns. Although the platform indicates that messages are sent to contacts, recipients often do not receive them, which is a significant problem. Yet, they continue to charge for every message, leading to wasted funds when messages are undelivered. We requested a change to our display name multiple times, but it was never implemented. Even after explicitly asking for our logo to be added with the display name, no action was taken. The support is slow, careless, and shows no accountability. I would not recommend this service to anyone in need of timely communication or reliable support. If given a choice, I would not have awarded even a single star.
