Had a collection of furniture booked in for a week, was given an initial timeslot and stayed home, then got a text message changing the time to later in the day so I popped to an appt as had plenty of time to get back. Imagine my surprise when BHF rang me and said they were outside (3 hours early) I was only 2 mins away but the driver wouldn’t wait, found him to be rude. Then spoke to the store to be told nothing they could do and they tried to tell me that they don’t send text messages which is a lie. Made a formal complaint to head office but nothing done about it. Just wanted to make everyone know how they treat people who are wanting to donate items there are urgently in need off. Really disappointed and annoyed that I am left with my sofa suite to dispose off before my new one arrives on Monday
