Arranged delivery of a large item. I was told id be given a morning or afternoon slot the day before. On the day of delivery I'd had no slot so called the store to be told the van had broken down and delivery that day wasn't guaranteed. We specifically asked if we would be given more than a few minutes notice and was assured we would. A few minutes later a call came from the delivery guy to say he was at my property. I wasn't as I hadn't been given a morning or afternoon slot...well I did receive a slot...a few minutes after speaking to Amanda, and 7 minutes before the guy called. We were 5 minutes away but they'd already left. Delivery is unreliable. Having spent a few hundred pounds in Newton Abbot BHF, I will take my money elsewhere now.
