This was by far the easiest and most professional experience I have had with obtaining a personal loan. Nate Paller was my advisor and was so pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciate what BHG has to offer.
My experience with BHG was amazing! I had the opportunity to work with Shanelle whom I found to be very transparent, informative, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up with me throughout the entire process. So far I am a very satisfied customer!
Offer indicated on Credit Karma is inaccurate. Credit Karma indicates a rate of 7.39% over 36 mo.; however, was approved for 14.99% over 120 mo. or 84 mo. Although I was not able to obtain a rate of 7.39%, the overall experience with Nate was great. He explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Loan closing and customer service experience is TBD.
My experience with getting a debt consolidation loan through BHG Financial was nothing short of amazing thanks to Nate P! I don’t have much experience with loans nor do I have a solid understanding of how interest and APR works on a fixed-rate loan, but Nate walked me through everything to make sure I had a thorough understanding and answered all of my questions throughout. Nate also gave me excellent recommendations on what I should do in the future - adding a great personalized touch to the already fantastic experience. Can’t thank Nate enough for his assistance!

I worked with Haddon Galindo, who was able to answer any questions that I had and got back to me right away when I reached out. She made the terms easy to understand and broke everything down for me. STOP, Don't waste your time literally with this 3rd party, In the beginning it may seem the process is fast but it is not. This company takes over 6 weeks to even get to the signed contract, but doesn't stop there they will ask for your whole life, 3m of bank statements after you have signed the contract. The under writers Rosie have attitudes and never give you a direct answer, after all that time didn't hear back from them. Just a wast of your time and effort. Use your bank or Credit Union at least you can trust them and get your funds within 48hrs.

I wasn’t looking for a consolidation loan but received a mailer claiming, “Congratulations! You have been selected for an exclusive loan offer for high earners with a solid credit history.” I decided to reach out because I wanted to pay down a high-interest credit card, thinking a lower interest loan would help. I contacted the company the same day I received the mailer, shared my income details (over $250k a year), and provided my last pay statement. I was told everything looked great and that I would get a response soon. However, I didn’t hear back for 36 hours, and when I finally did, it was from someone other than the representative I had been in touch with. I was informed that my application was declined. This was surprising because I’ve never been declined for anything financially, and I only applied because of their mailer stating I was selected. In my view, you should think carefully before contacting this company for a personal debt consolidation loan, and ignore their mailer since it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on. I spent hours filling out forms and providing documentation because they claimed I was “selected” for a loan. All of this led to a decline for a small loan from a company that supposedly chose me as a client. I strongly recommend disregarding any “hand selected” mailer you may receive and doing your research before reaching out to any company for a personal consolidation loan.
