The most frustrating banking experience

This has been the most frustrating bank experience. First, every couple of months, I am required to re-enter my password, even though I've been using fingerprint login. When I reach out to the phone support, it just gets worse. Secondly, the phone system is terrible. After verifying all the card details and OTP, the operator makes me repeat everything again. Lastly, to reset my password, which I know I entered correctly, I have to do it on a PC... and it's 2025. Very disappointing service.

Money lost through their error

I lost money due to their mistake. They forwarded my USD transfer as PLN, which was then converted back to USD, resulting in a loss of around 350 USD. This feels like a scam.

Extremely poor banking service

This bank has been a nightmare. They provided me with incorrect statements, which led to wrong payments and subsequent late fees. This has happened twice this year. I am closing my account immediately and will share my experience online. This is unacceptable!

Disappointing banking experience

My experience with this bank has been one of the worst. Even public sector banks perform better. They change account privileges randomly and are completely unreliable. I closed my salary account and am considering closing my credit card account as well due to their unexplained reduction of my credit limit despite timely payments. I cannot recommend this bank.

Unjustified charges

They charged me purchase interest and GST for a payment shortfall of just Rs0.01. This ridiculousness led me to end my relationship with this bank immediately. I've requested the cancellation of all my credit cards with them, having cleared all dues.
