Ohme referred them to me as my car charger stopped working. I was told they would be in touch within 48hrs but if I didn’t hear from them in that time, I was to call them. Red flag number 1. I called after 48hrs and they couldn’t put me through to the right department so took my details to call back. No call back. Red flag number 2. Called again the following day, again couldn’t put me through to the right department so took my details and flagged it as urgent, due to me already calling once, and again, no call back! Red flag number 3! Nearly a week since it’s been referred to them and I’ve had zero contact! I’ve raised a complaint with Ohme and asked for a new tech company.
