We recently had a workplace EV charger installed by Bibby Energy Solutions and the experience was very positive. The installation process was smooth and professional, and the team handled everything efficiently from setup to testing. The charger works reliably and makes it much easier for employees with electric vehicles to charge during the workday. Overall, a great step toward supporting sustainable transport at our workplace.

Utterly appalling

Utterly appalling. Bibby failed to recognise a looped system and installed the charger without having a signed Authority to Act. Several months later and after 24 emails and numerous phone calls to Ohme, the DNO is coming next month to dig up my drive, my neighbours garden, the pavement and the road which will be closed for about a week. Do not use this company. You will regret it. I have no idea why they have the Ohme contract

they done such a bad installation!!!!I am an electrician and the done such a bad insalitation, drilling hole all over my house and made a big hole where the cable went into my house. home needs to do their research before giving out jobs here.

Waste of time, can’t even speak to them on the phone.

Ohme referred them to me as my car charger stopped working. I was told they would be in touch within 48hrs but if I didn’t hear from them in that time, I was to call them. Red flag number 1. I called after 48hrs and they couldn’t put me through to the right department so took my details to call back. No call back. Red flag number 2. Called again the following day, again couldn’t put me through to the right department so took my details and flagged it as urgent, due to me already calling once, and again, no call back! Red flag number 3! Nearly a week since it’s been referred to them and I’ve had zero contact! I’ve raised a complaint with Ohme and asked for a new tech company.

Disgraceful service to a user they knew was disabled.

My ev charger stopped working and was completely dead .Ohme referred me to Bibby for an engineer visit . I was given a phone number and told to phone them.Every time I rang I got an answer service who said they would ask Bibby to call me . I waited over 30 hours for a call back .Was told they had been trying to call me and had left a voice mail there were no missed calls and no voice mails on my phone . Eventually told an engineer would visit on Friday a week after charger stopped working , and that the engineer would call am with an ETA , no one called and again could not contact Bibby . The engineer did eventually turn up and said it was the circuit breaker . They had been having lots of problems with the brand they used and had changed to a new brand . So clearly they knew about the issue . It took him less than 5 minutes to replace the breaker !So I had a week of stress and endless phone calls for a 5 minute repair of a part they knew was an issue.I am disabled and cannot go anywhere without my car . I was in tears at the end of this saga. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business. Ohme need to get a new installation company !Suffice to say my next car will not be electric .

Cancelled our order before installation / poor customer service

Called us to arrange the install and because we didn’t answer on the first attempt they placed our order on pause saying “we’ve been trying to call you without success” immediately called back and was told someone would return my call - they didn’t Called back the next day - same thing no return call. Sent an email at the end of day 2 requesting contact - no response on Day 3. Cancelling the order tomorrow.

Poor service.

Poor service.Cancelled my installation at 14:30 on the day the installation was meant to be undertaken. Couldn't offer a new appointment for over 2 weeks.
