My ev charger stopped working and was completely dead .Ohme referred me to Bibby for an engineer visit . I was given a phone number and told to phone them.Every time I rang I got an answer service who said they would ask Bibby to call me . I waited over 30 hours for a call back .Was told they had been trying to call me and had left a voice mail there were no missed calls and no voice mails on my phone . Eventually told an engineer would visit on Friday a week after charger stopped working , and that the engineer would call am with an ETA , no one called and again could not contact Bibby . The engineer did eventually turn up and said it was the circuit breaker . They had been having lots of problems with the brand they used and had changed to a new brand . So clearly they knew about the issue . It took him less than 5 minutes to replace the breaker !So I had a week of stress and endless phone calls for a 5 minute repair of a part they knew was an issue.I am disabled and cannot go anywhere without my car . I was in tears at the end of this saga. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business. Ohme need to get a new installation company !Suffice to say my next car will not be electric .
