This will be my first and last experience with this disappointing service. I ordered and paid for a book, but two days later, the seller requested more money claiming that the postage was higher due to the book's weight. I canceled the order. I then ordered from another seller, who claimed the next day that it had shipped and provided a tracking number, which turned out to be invalid. They ignored my multiple emails asking for a functional tracking number. The book never arrived, and the platform refused to issue a refund until 14 days later, which was too late for me to order another book. Unfortunately, someone won't be receiving a Christmas gift because of this fraudulent website. I will be sticking with a more reliable option in the future.
