"Very good" paperback with badly creased cover, multiple breaks to spine, dog ears, bent pages, heavily tanned pages, musty smell. OK, the book is 35 or so years old, but was listed as "very good" not "very good, considering its age". Binned it.
I had a fantastic experience ordering my favorite children's book through the platform. The seller's comments accurately described the book's condition. I appreciate the seller's honesty and integrity. I'm thrilled with my purchase. I was a bit surprised by the book's size, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

I decided to cancel my order. I then ordered from another seller, who claimed it was shipped the next day and provided a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number was invalid, and my emails requesting a working one went unanswered. The book never arrived, and the platform refused to issue a refund until 14 days later, on December 23rd, which was too late for me to order a replacement. Now, someone will miss out on a Christmas gift because of this unreliable website. Moving forward, I'll be sticking to other options.
