This was my first and last experience with this service. I ordered and paid for a book, but just two days later, the seller emailed me asking for more money because 'the book was heavier than expected, so the shipping costs increased.' I decided to cancel my order. I then ordered from another seller, who claimed it was shipped the next day and provided a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number was invalid, and my emails requesting a working one went unanswered. The book never arrived, and the platform refused to issue a refund until 14 days later, on December 23rd, which was too late for me to order a replacement. Now, someone will miss out on a Christmas gift because of this unreliable website. Moving forward, I'll be sticking to other options.
