I never received my vase and have been attempting to secure a refund ever since! The company admitted that the parcel is lost but is unwilling to issue a refund. Avoid this service unless you're okay with losing money! This experience has been incredibly stressful, and I have nothing to show for it!

I need to confirm my order and ensure it's being shipped to the correct address, but there's been no communication. The service has been unsatisfactory, as it feels like the customer is being ignored. Ironically, I continue to receive promotional emails about purchasing additional items.
