Placed an order April 29th. Didn’t receive order until July 28th. I wasn’t interested in keeping the product and had already started a dispute while waiting on the product. Unfortunately it did arrive and the dispute was closed. Fine. I decided to send it back. Had to pay shipping cost and they still take 10% restocking fee. Sent it back Aug 13. It arrived at CA post Aug 20th where it has sat without any response from BB to pick up. Their auto reply bot “Chris T” said someone will pick it up shortly. Since it’s been there 3 weeks, it’s now being sent back due to no response from BB. I did everything I was suppose to for the refund and will likely have to pay to receive the package again. SCAM COMPANY
