I placed an order, realized there was a mistake emailed them immediately and nobody ever responded. It took 2 months to get my stuff and they blame it on COVID. Why are they the only company I'm buying things from were the COVID delay is 2 months? A few days, maybe a few weeks, OK but 2 freaking months? And then the gear showed up and the sizing is WAY, WAY off. Customer service response times suck. This company is really terrible.
