I purchased a fairly high-end bike from bicycles online (the make model I wanted was only available in Australia through them). Bike arrived on time, was extremely well packed and the pre-assembling had been done to a high standard. This all happened during the second wave of the covid pandemic so all the more impressive there weren’t delays. I do all my own bike maintenance so fitting the seat, dropper post, handlebars, peddles etc was a cinch (but I imagine some would definitely struggle with it). I also did a tension check on all fittings but would do this no matter who built my bike. I’m really looking forward to hitting the trails tomorrow, thanks Bicycles online.
