BikesOnlineAus and Marin Rift Zone 2 - AVOID.
The problem you have with buying online is that BikesOnline have no local dedicated service centres and no real recourse when things go badly.
I bought a Marin Rift Zone 2, assembled it correctly and took it for one ride. Straight away, the pedals worked their way out of the crank and ruined the threads. There was play in both the pedals and the crank arm. I complained to BikesOnline, who stone-walled me.
I then took it to a local 99Bikes in order to try and remedy the issue, and they found a raft of substandard parts were used, which they replaced under warranty. They also repaired the crank with a heli-coil and new set of pedals. I took the bike for one ride and the crank and pedals again failed.
I returned the bike to the mechanic and upgraded the crankset and pedals to Shimano Deore and Crank Brothers and took the bike for two more rides around a flat local park. The new Deore crank set literally 'wobbled off' the bike. The mechanics concluded that the only possible way this could happen is that there was play or a misalignment in the frame or bottom bracket, as supplied by BikesOnline.
Predictlably, BikesOnlineAus have rejected any warranty claim and pushed it all back on to myself.
In short, I spent $2500 on a bike that has been in the workshop for three out of the four weeks I've owned it and had an additional $500 sunk into it. Its still lying in bits on my garage floor.
Honestly, don't be like me. Just support your local bike shop. There is hardly any difference in the price anyway. Once BikesOnlineAu have your cash, they will suddenly become very unhelpful in the event something doesn't go right.

Have adapted the rack just a typical men's cruiser GT. Seat pole attachment requires extra clamp awaiting feedback from Online but poor in return returning response including accessory information for bag to suit. Recommend schematic for bolt locations. No information was provided. If follow up Customer Service with those two responses I would've given a five star review.
Ordered a Marin SQ3 on 1.12.25. Arrived in Rockhampton on the 5.1.26. Not bad at all from warehouse in Sydney to central Queensland over this busy period. Upon inspection my dropper cable was slightly damaged prior to being installed, sent a photo to bikesonline support team, within 12hours they responded and had a new cable in the post. Arrived 3days later. Great service, would highly recommend this company.
