We tried Bierens Incasso to collect unpaid invoices in UK. We paid all costs / invoices immediately. Then 11 !! months after closing the case, they send me a "payment reminder" to pay EUR 568,28 . Appeared this was the "succes fee". Very unprofessional for a collection agency. We will use another agency in the future :-(
