We tried Bierens Incasso to collect unpaid invoices in UK. We paid all costs / invoices immediately. Then 11 !! months after closing the case, they send me a "payment reminder" to pay EUR 568,28 . Appeared this was the "succes fee". Very unprofessional for a collection agency. We will use another agency in the future :-(

I’m very pleased with this debt collection agency. The team is extremely friendly, professional, and reliable. I especially appreciate how fast and efficient their handling of cases is, without ever compromising on transparency or politeness. A service I can highly recommend with confidence.
A total waste of time. They don’t have the staff. It’s been a month since I paid for a legal opinion and I’ve heard nothing. Only after a strongly worded email did they finally respond, blaming vacations and sick leave. In short, this is a firm that can do little more than send a payment demand to a debtor—and if the debtor doesn’t pay, they just throw up their hands. I do not recommend.
I engaged Bierens Debt Recovery Lawyers on May 9 to recover a B2B claim. I paid their fee, submitted a detailed timeline, evidence, and communication historyIt’s now been over 30 days. Aside from an initial debt claim email, I have received no legal advice, no strategy, and no direct communication from the assigned lawyer. I’ve followed up multiple times. No result.Meanwhile, the debtor’s lawyer has started sending legal threats. While Bierens remains silent. Their portal is outdated and doesn’t show any of the files I shared.I delegated this case to avoid wasting time. Instead, it’s cost me time, energy, and trust.I regret using their services and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
