I can't express how grateful I am for the outstanding support I received from the service, particularly from the representative. I reached out about a shipping issue that was entirely my fault, and despite that, the representative went above and beyond to help resolve it with patience, kindness, and professionalism. At no point did I feel dismissed or judged. Instead, I was met with understanding and a level of courtesy that is increasingly rare today. The representative didn’t have to step in to save me the way they did, but they chose to, which speaks volumes about their character and the values of the service.
