If you’re an “in-box” NECA collector, avoid this company.
I made it very clear that I collect NECA Ultimate figures in box, and packaging condition matters. Unfortunately, they either don’t understand how to properly pack collectibles or simply don’t care. These are not $10 toys — they are collectible display pieces where the box condition directly impacts value.
What’s most frustrating is this wasn’t a one-time mistake.
They sent four damaged figures in a row.
Four. In. A. Row.
Each shipment arrived with preventable damage — crushed corners, bent hanger tabs, creased window boxes — the exact types of damage that occur when items are loosely packed without proper padding or protection. This is basic shipping 101 for collectibles.
After the second damaged figure, I contacted them and clearly explained the issue. I asked that extra care be taken with packaging. Despite bringing it to their attention, the next shipments arrived damaged again. That tells me this isn’t an accident — it’s a systemic lack of care in their packing process.
For “in box” collectors, the box is part of the collectible. You can’t just throw a NECA Ultimate into a thin mailer or toss it in a box without proper cushioning and expect it to arrive mint.
There are plenty of retailers who understand collector standards and pack accordingly. Unfortunately, this company is not one of them.
If you’re an out-of-box collector and don’t care about packaging, you might be fine. But if condition matters to you, I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

Having never ordered from this business before, it came highly recommended for their customer service and reliability. One order is all that it took to see that is not a universal experience granted to their customers.

I had placed an order for a couple of dolls as an anniversary gift, a re-release of the Monster High Reel Drama set, which my fiancee had wanted the Draculaura since it came out when she was a child.

I placed my order, and received the option to send out the other doll when the release date came. The other still listed that it not in stock yet, but estimated for september. September passes, then October.

I call them to understand what is going on, I'm informed that sometimes it happens with pre-orders. Just be patient, we haven't received it, but I can assure you it's on it's way. You'll have it in time for your anniversary.

November passes. then December. I call again. I tell them I was told it would be in, and I'm still waiting. My anniversary is in weeks at this point. They apologize, the woman on the phone tells me that their shipment from Mattel got split, so they received part of the order, the other would be in shortly, and that if I opt to send out the first doll, they could possibly do something on the shipping for the Draculaura. I say thank you, and go on my way. I send out the doll, receive it, and wait for news on the Draculaura.

Two more months pass, that brings us to this past weekend, when I see that the Draculaura pre-order was quietly cancelled, no longer shows as pending. I call. Speak to an associate at the store who hears me out, understands why I'm upset, and offers me a callback from her manager.

Today, Manager calls me, listens to me for about 10 seconds before telling me there is nothing they can do. I explain that now, due to them reassuring me that it would come, I as a consumer have lost the ability to purchase the item. If they had been up front with me, I could have gone to another seller while I still had the opportunity without paying overcharged prices from scalpers and resellers.

I had turned down a local offer because this was "on the way".

I held the pre-order past my anniversary, and showed my fiancee to tell her what was on the way.

All I received was "what do you want me to do about it?" and a handful of very non-sympathetic, business-approved "We're sorry's" in an unauthentic tone.

Terrible service, Terrible people. Nothing but lies, and if this review stops even one person from trusting this company while building their collections, I will be pleased as punch.

I reached out about a shipping issue that was entirely my fault, and despite that, the representative went above and beyond to help resolve it with patience, kindness, and professionalism. At no point did I feel dismissed or judged. Instead, I was met with understanding and a level of courtesy that is increasingly rare today. The representative didn’t have to step in to save me the way they did, but they chose to, which speaks volumes about their character and the values of the service. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, especially during the busy holiday season. They could have easily let things unfold, but they didn't. Because of this experience, I will continue to support the service and confidently recommend it to anyone I speak with. Great Customer Support

I'm from Germany and had a very positive experience. A small part was missing, but the customer support was incredibly nice and helpful. It was a preorder, and I think I had to wait a bit, but delays don't bother me as long as it's not a gift for someone. Just be prepared to pay customs.

Frustrating Experience

I hate to be the one to give this a one-star rating, especially since I've ordered quite a bit from this service in the past. I've found their customer support to be challenging when my items arrived with damaged boxes. Now, I'm facing another situation that seems impossible to resolve—I can't even reach out to them because I know they won't help. I ordered a set of figurines, which I was told would arrive in protective packaging. However, when I received the package, it was intact, but the items inside were damaged. This is really disappointing for someone wanting to keep these in mint condition. I spent a lot on these, especially with the high shipping and customs costs from Europe. It feels like I have no options left. They could improve but seem unwilling to do so.

Great Service Experience

The customer service was excellent—very friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection of products. My only minor issue was the appearance of the package, which caused some awkward looks because it had a specific name on it that some found amusing. Damaged Items Received

I bought figures in collector grade. Upon opening the outer boxes, I found the actual figures' boxes were damaged. I contacted their customer support, but they refused to address the issue. I expected better quality for the price I paid.
