This service is awful. After dealing with a very aggressive salesperson who promised an unparalleled experience, we received a 20-year-old minibus that was filthy and had sticky seats. We were supposed to have three bottles of prosecco for 16 people, but only one was provided. The TV and karaoke machine were both non-functional. The driver assured us it would be fixed for the return trip, but it wasn't. After complaining, I was ignored for over a month with various excuses for the lack of response. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend this service and will never use it again.
