This service is highly unsatisfactory. After dealing with a very aggressive salesperson who guaranteed an unmatched experience, we were met with a filthy 20-year-old minibus featuring sticky leather seats. Instead of the promised three bottles of prosecco for our group of 16, we received just one. The TV and karaoke machine were both non-functional, and despite the driver's assurance that they would be fixed during our return journey, that did not happen. Following my complaints, I was ignored for over a month, receiving numerous excuses for the lack of follow-up. The customer service was appalling! I would not recommend this service and will certainly not use it again.
