Customer service is really lacking. My three orders were canceled without any prior notice, and when I managed to speak with the delivery agent, he claimed he wasn't paid for this and couldn't come again. The agent disconnected the call abruptly, and there's no compensation for the canceled orders. It feels like they're just escalating the situation with no real outcome.
